Refund policy

We want you to love every book you order from Booklore. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with packaging intact where possible. To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days once the return is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right at no extra cost to you.
